Xiong'an's '15-min volunteer circle' serves residents and relocated entities
The Initial Development Zone of Xiong'an New Area in Hebei province has preliminarily established a "15-minute volunteer service circle" covering the whole zone, providing efficient and accessible services for relocated entities from Beijing and local residents, according to the zone's administrative committee.
The initiative is supported by "Yiqidong"- which roughly means "Benefit Start" - which utilizes a newly created "volunteer partner" mechanism linking 52 relocated enterprises, public service institutions, construction firms and local businesses, local authorities said.
Relocated central State-owned enterprises have joined the effort, providing venues, expertise, technology and services matched to community needs through grassroots Party organizations.
