Marcos Toscano, executive secretary of Institutional Relations of Recife, Brazil, said he was impressed by how masterfully Chengdu balances technology with tradition.
"Our city also excels in creative economy, game design and animation, and we want to learn from and engage in exchanges with Chengdu in these fields," he said.
