Dujiangyan in Chengdu signed an MoU with Bau, Malaysia, to establish friendly cooperation, while Chengdu's Dayi county inked a letter of intent on friendly cooperation with Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
Reyna Juanita Rueda Alvarado, mayor of Managua, Nicaragua, said the MoU signed between her city and Chengdu symbolizes the will to advance cooperation in strategic areas, including sustainable urban development, technological innovation, environmental protection, cultural exchange and local capacity building.
