China Gezhouba wins $829m Libya housing project

China Gezhouba Group Co said on Tuesday it had signed an initial contract worth $829 million to build residential complexes in Libya.

The three-year deal calls for construction of housing projects on six areas located 120 to 260 kilometres from the Libyan capital Tripoli, the construction company said in a statement in the official Shanghai Securities News.
