China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) BGP Inc's No 247 Tarim Frontlinegeophysical prospector team have worked onexplorations since 1990 in Tarim Basin, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. The team have crossed deserts, swamps, mountains, and completed many oil and gas exploration projects.
The team realized an annual output value of more than one hundred million yuan over seven consecutive years, and laid a solid foundation for CNPC to build a Daqing-like oilfield in Xinjiang.
