Li Rufang is a woman in her twenties who is a chef making teppanyaki in Taiyuan, North China's Shanxi province.

She was always interested in cooking, so she decided to learn how to make teppanyaki instead of searching for a job when she graduated with a major in hotel management in 2010.

After five years' study and work in Beijing and Tianjin, Li returned to Taiyuan last year, for a job that she enjoys at a five-star hotel.

Now she is the only female chef in the hotel, and has lots of fans who love her food. One couple, who always only eats her teppanyaki when they come to her hotel, particularly impressed her.
