Local residents fly aquatic-shaped kites on the bank of
West Lake in Hangzhou, catpital of East China's Zhejiang Province on March
20, 2006. To welcome the coming Hangzhou International Leisure Expo, members
of a kite club fly 30 kites that day, which attracts many
tourists.
