Shanghai Lu Bo Lang, a famous national restaurant that supplys Shanghai style
dishes, presents a newly-made snack named "World Cup soccer carnival"as World
Cup fever took on locals on June 23,2006. The 'pitch' of the snack is made
of mixture of peas and tea powders; the chocalate and sticky rice powers are
