Woman fights bat, but bat bites back

When a bat broke into a house in Sanmen Road in Shanghai over the weekend, a
73-year-old woman surnamed Ding used clothes to drive it out.
Though the bat fled, Ding was bitten, and her son then sent her to Changhai
Hospital. The doctor washed the bite wounds and vaccinated her.
Experts note that if any bat enters a house, the person inside should turn on
the lights and open all the windows, so that the bats will leave immediately to
escape the light.
They added that one should not use anything to drive the bats out, in case
they might attack the person. If bitten, people should be injected with a
vaccine.
