Residents observe the site of a building
collapse as rescuers search for survivors in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei
Province September 17, 2006. The unfinished building collapsed at afternoon on
September 17, leaving two dead on the spot and six injured. The wounded have
been hospitalized. One was still missing. Thirty workers were working around the
building. The building's developer surnamed Wan is in police custody and the
