Woman climbs onto 20-meter-high billboard with unclear motive

An unidentified woman waves to onlookers on a 20-meter-high billboard in
Wenling, East China's Zhejiang Province November 27, 2006. The woman descended
from the billboard with an over 3-hour help from local public security bureau's
officers and firefighters. The woman's motive is unclear and she is
