Mini motorcycle in Nanchang

A man rides a 60cm-high motorcycle among cyclists on a street in Nanchang,
East China's Jiangxi Province December 4, 2006. The mini motorcycle is sold
at less than 1300 yuan (US$162.5) and has a full speed of 40km. But it is too
small to obtain a number plate and may leave its driver in danger at the
