Premier Wen starts state visit to Philippines

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao (R) reviews the honour guard with Philippine
President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo during a state visit in Manila January 15,
2007. China and the Philippines signed multi-billion dollar agreements on Monday
providing for more economic cooperation, including in developing farm land in
