Cyclone adds insult to injury

a force-10 cyclone hit Yingshang, East China's Anhui Province July 25, 2007. Ten
villages, including Balihe and Liuji, were stricken by the strong cyclone. There
were no immediate reports on casualties. The accident added insult to injury to
local people as they have been fighting torrential rains and flash floods.
