People celebrate on the Caiyuanba Bridge over the Yangtze River as the bridge opens to traffic in Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, October 29, 2007. The bridge, which cost 2 billion yuan and nearly four years to build, is a structural blend of tunnels and flyovers with a unique arch and cable structure.
