 Chris Patten, the former governor of Hong Kong (left), talks with his old friend, Irene Yau, former director of information services, during his new book's signing and sharing session at the Commercial Press Book Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui yesterday. Patten was the last governor of Hong Kong, between 1992 and 1997, before China resumed sovereignty over the city.
