A luxurious wedding for two dogs has been criticized by some people in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, for being too lavish.

During the wedding, the female dog changed outfits 13 times. The event included music, a red carpet and a bridal chamber for the dogs.

The wedding was planned and directed by a professional wedding company that refused to give the cost of the wedding except to say the owners are wealthy.

The onlookers complained it was too much hoopla over dogs.
