Another A(H1N1) patient dies in Hong Kong

Updated: 2009-09-04 13:26 A patient suffering from a confirmed case of the A(H1N1) influenza in Tuen Mun Hospital of Hong Kong died Thursday, Xinhuanet.com reported on Friday. The 55-year-old patient was hospitalized on August 30 and confirmed to be A(H1N1) positive the next day. All hospital-administered treatment failed, however, and he died less than a week later, according to sources from the hospital. This is the fifth straight day someone has died from the A(H1N1) virus in Hong Kong. |
