CPC Central Committee to convene key plenary session

BEIJING: The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is to be held from September 15 to 18 this year, according to a statement issued Tuesday after a meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
