Farmer thrashes donkey braying to his wife's voice

A man in Meihekou, Jilin province, beat up a donkey, who, he thought, brayed every time his wife opened her mouth to sing.
The farmer in Xiaoyang village had some guests over and asked his wife to sing a song for them. As soon as his wife started to sing, a donkey tied outside his house started braying.
The donkey would stop braying if the farmer's wife stopped singing.
The angry farmer went out and started beating the donkey when the animal's owner phoned the police.
The matter was settled only after the farmer apologized to the owner of the donkey.
