Ca. Gov.: non-governmental climate change talks needed

Arnold Schwarzenegger, governor of the US State of California, called for non-governmental climate change talks in a bid to push for policy-making moves from the governments across the world. He made these remarks while attending the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
He said he hopes a first such global meeting can be held in California.
