Hong Kong residential lot triggered for auction

HONG KONG -- The Lands Department of Hong Kong announced Friday that a lot for private residential development at No. 3 and 5 Ede Road in Kowloon Tong has been triggered for sale on a minimum guaranteed bid of HKS 1.053 billion (US$135 million)
The lot has a site area of 2,808 square meters and gross floor areas of between 5,054 square meters and 8,424 square meters.
The auction will be held on October 12 at Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Wan Chai.
