GUIYANG - Crowds have gathered since Thursday afternoon after a conflict concerning urban management in a county in Southwest China's Guizhou Province, said local police.

People began gathering at around 5 pm in Qianxi County after the county's urban management personnel had a conflict with a driver who illegally parked a vehicle, according to the command center of the provincial public security department.

Five police vehicles and another owned by the urban management team were overturned, and the incident has caused injuries, according to the command center.
