The 18th China Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Fair (CAF), Nov 5 - 9, 2011, is being held in Yangling, Shaanxi province.

Yangling is the birthplace of Chinese agriculture and China's only agricultural high-tech Industries Demonstration Zone. This year's theme is "Innovation, Cooperation and Agriculture Modernization."

More than 30 countries and regions from five continents are attending the fair.

The 2011 Yangling National Agricultural Science-technology Forum on Nov 5 is part of the CAF. The theme of the forum is "Arid Agriculture: food production, ecological restoration, regional development."
