BEIJING - Chinese Vice-Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing on Thursday morning to pay official visits to Russia, Hungary, Belgium and the EU headquarters in Brussels.
Li is invited by the government of Russian Federation, the government of Hungary, the federal government of Belgium and the European Union.
