The Beijing procuratorate approved the arrest of singing star Li Daimo on Wednesday for providing others a place to take drugs, Mirror Evening News reported.
The Beijing Chaoyang People's Procuratorate made the decision after Beijing police confirmed on March 18 that they arrested six suspects, including Li. The six were taking drugs at Li's temporary home in Sanlitun, Chaoyang district.
Li, 25, comes from Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.
Li became famous after appearing in the first season of "The Voice of China", a singing competition that Zhejiang Satellite TV aired in July 2012.
