GUIYANG - A vice mayor of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is being investigated for "serious discipline violations", the provincial discipline watchdog said Monday.
According to statement from the Guizhou Provincial Comission for Disciplinary Inspection's official website, Wu Jun, vice mayor of Guiyang, is under investigation.
Wu assumed his post as vice mayor in April 2013.
