BEIJING -- Chen Tiexin, a senior political advisor of Liaoning, is under investigation for suspected serious discipline and law violations, the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said on Thursday.
Chen is vice chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
