Pre-1930s: Boy scouts uniforms and Chinese jackets
School uniforms in the first schools of Shanghai differed greatly. Boy scouts uniforms and traditional Chinese jackets could be seen on campuses in the 1930s. Blue qipaos often seen movies depicting that period, were also quite popular.
