'Superman' set to unify title

By Agence France-Presse in Quebec City | China Daily | Updated: 2015-04-06 08:24

Canadian southpaw Adonis Stevenson retained his World Boxing Council light heavyweight world title with a lopsided decision over Australian Sakio Bika on Saturday night.

Haitian-born 'Superman' Stevenson (26-1, 21 KOs) dropped Bika twice, but could not finish him off.

Bika, who was born in Cameroon, and formerly held the WBC super middleweight world crown, fell to 32-7-3 - but he has still never been stopped inside the distance.
