The 16th Beijing International Film Festival will be held from April 16 to 25 in Beijing, China.

French actress and director Juliette Binoche will serve as the jury president of the Tiantan Award, the event's top honor.

This year's festival will present a wide range of film and cultural events, including the Tiantan Award competition, Beijing Film Panorama, BJIFF Core Forums, Beijing Film Market, Film Carnival, the 33rd College Student Film Festival, "Film Plus" and Beijing Film & Life Festival.
