而英美國家人仿佛又對cat情有獨(dú)鐘，由cat組成的短語數(shù)不勝數(shù)，例如 “l(fā)et the cat out the bag”（泄密）, “to rain cats and dogs”（下傾盆大雨）, “l(fā)ike a cat on hot bricks/tin roof”（焦躁不安）, “no room to swing a cat”( 地方狹窄)。
