Country pop singer Carrie Underwood has admitted that she is slightly 'obsessive-compulsive' about the food she eats.

The 24-year-old singer confessed that her infatuation with food goes way beyond the norm.

"I'm slightly obsessive-compulsive about what I eat, more than I should be," Underwood told Glamour magazine.

The singer also revealed that she has now started writing down everything she eats.

"I write down everything I eat. I started doing it last year and in the last year is when I've gotten more healthy and lost weight," she said.

Explaining how her food intake goes beyond limits at times, Underwood told Self magazine last month that she can gobble down a pound of cheese.

"I have a big problem controlling myself with the cheese. I can eat a pound of it," she told the mag.
