Lady Gaga's ex-boyfriend is opening a bar in New York.
Luc Carl is embarking on a joint venture with Georgie Seville to run Ludlow Manor, a three-story bar which is located in the Lower East Side of the city.
The venue will open later this month and Luc - who previously managed St. Jerome's bar in the 'Big Apple' - has a specific idea of the type of clientele he wants.
He said: "I want sexy people that care how their hair looks. But everyone is invited!"
The drinking establishment will include a tapas restaurant and will feature a rock club and DJ sets, it will also boast a rooftop bar, which will feature a retractable roof and smoking area.
Gaga and Luc have had an on/off relationship for years but she revealed she had split from him for good in the summer.
The eccentric pop superstar wrote the song 'You and I' about her former flame and it was included on her most recent album 'Born This Way'.
Gaga is now dating 'The Vampire Diaries' actor Taylor Kinney, who starred in the video of 'You and I'.
