As an innovative infusion of martial arts and comedy, the Korean drama Jump revolves around the story of a Korean kungfu family. The family defends itself against two burglars, who break into the family home to hilarious effect - showing off their extensive training in martial arts, acrobatics and gymnastics, as well as comic acting.
Jump was created in 1999. The drama has been widely watched and well received in more than 20 countries. Among its 5,000 performances are those at Edinburgh Arts Festival and the Eighth Beijing International Theater and Dance Festival. Jump was the top grossing drama at both performances.
