China Daily | Updated: 2012-05-03 10:06

The 13th Overseas Chinese Scholars (OCS) Week will be held from June 27-29 in Dalian, Liaoning province.

This year, the three-day event will invite more than 2,500 people who studied overseas to start their business in China, especially in Dalian. Hundreds of representatives from universities, research institutions and investment groups will attend.

Since 2000, the OCS Week has attracted 6,800 scholars from more than 60 countries and regions to develop their careers in China.

This year, OCS will also set up offices in Japan, the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia to reach out to Chinese students there.
