Cuttlefish roe soup stock in baby winter melon [Photo/chinadaily.com.cn] |
The baby winter melon is produced in southern China, much the same as the winter melon from northern China. The soup is stewed with dried scallop and cuttlefish roe, which is not oily and very tasty. The cuttlefish roe is especially good for women, as nourishing as the Chinese Forest Frog. The soup perfectly matches this season, and is healthy for our body.
