Large Medium SmallChina's annual national contemporary and modern dance competition, the Lotus Awards, will be held Nov 24-28 in Henan province's capital Zhengzhou.
The competition's eighth year will feature more than 2,000 dancers from around the country, with 36 contemporary and 20 modern dance performances in the semifinals.
Launched in 1998, the competition offers professional and amateur dancers an equal footing to compete.
