Vice-minister interprets deepening reform
A seminar on learning the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Communist Party of China Central Committee was recently held in Huai'an, Jiangsu province.
Zhang Laiming, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council, attended the seminar, www.jschina.com reported on Dec 3. Zhang summarized the session and focused on major issues concerning comprehensive reforms. Zhang also expounded on the background, principles, targets, and significance of reform in China.
Zhao Hongyuan, deputy mayor of Huai'an, presided over the seminar.
