Li Zuojun, Vice-Director-General of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies (IREP), the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) led a delegation to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MOHURD) to discuss rural waste-water treatment and garbage disposal.
