The city of Jilin, in Jilin province held a culture event to celebrate the Lantern Festival, which comes on the 15th day of the first lunar month, or Feb?22 this year.

The event?brought hundreds of people to an event that gave them a chance to learn more about the Lantern Festival and its history and development, and how to make glutinous rice balls, a traditional treat for the celebration, on Feb 17.
