The Shanxi government has just concluded a photographic exhibition in Germany, entitled "Shanxi in transformation", in conjunction with the German International Cooperation Agency, at the Ruhr University Bochum.
The month-long exhibition ran through July 9, with 37 photos on display.
They were meant to show the great things the province has accomplished with its reforms inc industry, ecological restoration, urban and rural development, and people's daily lives. It also conveyed some splendid sights and the organizers hope that it can be a bridge to the Nordrhein-Westfalen region for further cooperation. Ruhr University retained the works after the show.
