North China’s Shanxi province plans to support non-governmental elderly care services with discounted interest, according to the province’s department of civil affairs on July 15.
The province will pay 10 million yuan ($1.61 million) of interest for non-governmental elderly care projects’ loans per year in order to encourage more social capital to join in elderly care services industry.
Projects involving elderly care?infrastructure as well as?elderly care services in communities?will benefit from this preferential policy.
