Traditions, folk art, and specialties are attracting visitors to the third Shanxi Cultural Industries Fair which opened on Aug 24 in Taiyuan, capital of Shanxi province.
The fair, themed around culture and openness, aims to demonstrate cultural development in the province through exhibiting achievements in culture-related fields, such as crafts, media, tourism, and animations.
From Aug 24 to 28, various intangible cultural heritage performances, traditional dances, and operas from across Shanxi province are being staged.
