New measures to tackle doping unveiled

The International Cycling Union are getting serious about anti-doping. There latest initiative a new biological passport. The UCI announced on Tuesday that it plans to collect blood samples from all professional cyclists in 2008, which would then act as a base reading for all future doping tests.
