Should baby formula ads be banned?

I think breastfeeding should be the FIRST choice, not the alternative like so many people are led to believe from certain ads. I live in Sweden, where photographs of babies on baby formula are banned. I agree that formula is an important substitute when breastfeeding isn't an option, but I don't think moms should use it strictly for the convenience. They lead moms to believe that formula is more convenient and just as good for baby.
