Teaching is extremely tiring and stressful. It is not just a matter of standing and teaching for five or six hours a day. There are the issues of class room management, discipline, parents, planning, grading, and of the rest. It is a lot of long, hard hours. For the pay, and level education needed, many people simply do not think that it is worth their time. So the solution is increase their pay to attract more talents to join the profession.
