Chengdu to hold economy industrialization expo

The 2011 China International Sustainable Economy Industrialization Exposition will be held in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, from November 19 to 21.
Covering 13,000 square meters, it will be the largest and highest-level exhibition of its kind in China. Two hundred enterprises from home and abroad are expected to attend it.
Accordint to Li Jie, deputy general manager of China Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Co, the total invesment in energy saving and environmental protection industry will surpass 3 trillion yuan during the 12th Five-Year Plan.
Facing the new round development of West China, Chengdu will get the chance to boost its environmental friendly industry and make contribution to the sustainable development of West China, Li said.
