SHANGHAI, July 31, 2012 (Xinhua) -- Prize-winners pose for pictures at the 10th Soong Ching Ling Scholarship Award Ceremony in east China's Shanghai Municipality, July 31, 2012. The Scholarship, named by the late Honorary President of the People's Republic of China, and wife of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, is the only national scholarship for children at compulsory education level. It started in 1994 and the prize is awarded every two years. (Xinhua/Ren Long)
