Gourmet Cantonese Creations

4 Chef Wong Wing Keung from Yee Tung Heen at The Excelsior, Hong Kong brings his signature dishes to Jiang by Chef Fei, one of the finest Cantonese restaurants in Guangzhou, from May 25 to 31. This extraordinary Cantonese gourmet creation will include Whole Boston Lobster in two flavors (which won The Gourmet Master Chef Awards of 2014), and Steamed Winter Melon with crab meat, carrot paste and egg white (which won the Best of the Best Culinary Awards Competitions - Gold Award by The Hong Kong Tourism Board). Also, the Cantonese restaurant - Jiang by Chef Fei has expanded its menu of dim sum offerings with the introduction of new delights such as Chicken and Black Truffle Bun; Glutinous Rice Dumplings with pork and dried shrimp; Crispy Durian Roll; and Ginger Milk Pudding. Dim sum is available daily from 10am to 2:30pm.
